Greg Gray, Enerstream Capital’s Founder and Managing Director, runs the company and leads the team through his 25+ years of business experience.

Mr. Gray is a seasoned oil and gas corporate executive, most recently having served 10+ years as Chief Executive Officer of a Saudi-headquartered and globally-focused, diversified energy services enterprise. He was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, closing and overseeing numerous Joint Ventures and other opportunities in areas such as produced and flow-back water treatment, pressure pumping, production and other specialty chemicals, offshore vessels and support services, and fuel marking applications and solutions.

Mr. Gray has lived and worked in the Middle East, in addition to his domestic business experience, and he maintains extensive global business contacts. He maintains a broad perspective of the energy business, and related operations, given various noted endeavors. He serves as Director in Enerstream-related entities as well as other oilfield services companies. He is a 1988 graduate of Southern Methodist University and he received his J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1991.

Jennifer Rowland is Vice President of Investments & Operations where she leads deal diligence on all new investment opportunities as well as deal onboarding, execution, and ongoing maintenance.

Ms. Rowland is a former Vice President of Goldman Sachs where she worked in the Commodities Structured Finance Group in New York City, focusing on Energy in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Sectors. While there, she helped lead origination, structuring, and onboarding efforts for new deals. Prior to working in the Structured Finance Group, she ran the North American Physical and Structured Oil & Products trading book and was responsible for over $2bn of inventory pricing and risk management.

Ms. Rowland received her MBA and Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 where she graduated Cum Laude and was one of three Submatriculants in the Class of 2012. She is also a 2007 Alumnae of Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, MA, where she sits on the Executive Committee.

Brad Holms has 41 years of oilfield experience, 30 years with Schlumberger, 7 years with FTSI (Formally known as Frac Tech) as EVP & CTO, and 3 years as President and CEO of Global Completions Solutions, LLC.

Brad Holms has 41 years of oilfield experience, 30 years with Schlumberger, 7 years with FTSI (Formally known as Frac Tech) as EVP & CTO, and 3 years as President and CEO of Global Completions Solutions, LLC.

His professional training is as a Geologist with degrees from the University of North Dakota and the University of Montana. Brad has experience in the upstream oil and gas industry in all phases of engineering, technology, operations and analysis of complex and problematic oil & gas wells. He has experience in the following countries: Australia, Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Mexico, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United States (all basins). He has substantial technical and production optimization experience and has written numerous technical papers and articles with extensive experience in reservoir characterization and well completion optimization.

Marc Rowland is the Founder & Senior Managing Director of IOG Capital, LP where he leads the company’s investment team through his 40+ years of experience in the oil & gas upstream and midstream industry.

Mr. Rowland is a seasoned oil and gas corporate executive, director, and investment manager with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of upstream and midstream business segments. Mr. Rowland is considered a leading industry expert in energy mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public securities transactions, and derivatives facilities. He has won numerous awards for transactions, and has received recognition by Institutional Investor as Energy CFO of the Year.

Mr. Rowland is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where he led the Company from its IPO in 1993 to a $40+ billion market cap oil and gas producer for 18 years. Notable financial achievements included numerous billions of volumetric production payments, internationally financed shale joint ventures, all varieties of securities issuances including the first Euro denominated bond financing for a US only oil and gas company, and the successful IPO of Chesapeake Midstream Partners, LP in August of 2010.

Mr. Rowland served as the Chief Executive Officer at FTS International, Inc. (formerly Frac Tech International, LLC) from May 2011- November 2012, and as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Frac Tech Services, LLC and Frac Tech International, LLC from November 2010 to May 2011. Mr. Rowland served as the Chief Financial Officer or equivalent positions of Chesapeake Energy Corporation from 1993, when the company became publicly traded, until October 2010. Mr. Rowland served as Chief Operating Officer of Anglo-Suisse, LP from 1990 to 1992 where he was assigned to the White Nights Russian Enterprise, a joint venture of Anglo-Suisse, LP and Phibro Energy Corporation, a major foreign operation which was granted the right to engage in oil and gas operations in Russia.

Mr. Rowland serves on a number of private and public boards, including as Chairman of the Board for SilverBow Resources (NYSE: SBOW). He is a 1975 alumnus of Wichita State University where he currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee.

Bill was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. He then worked three years in Atlanta for Arthur Andersen in its tax and audit divisions. Bill graduated with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1993 as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honors society.

Bill graduated with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1993 as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honors society. He spent the next nine years working for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston in both the New York and Dallas investment banking offices as a senior vice president. In 2002, he co-founded Bluffview Capital, LP, a boutique investment bank, and in 2006, co-founded Family Access Exchange II, LP, an investment management firm focused on making alternative investments for family offices. He currently manages Druid Hills Capital, LLC, an investment management firm focused on a wide range of public and private investments. Bill has served on multiple public and private corporate and non-profit boards and currently sits on the boards of Washington and Lee University, Teach for America DFW, The Lamplighter School, Leadership ISD and the W.C. Payne Foundation. Bill and his wife Wendy live in Dallas and have five children: Katie Payne (Duke ’18), Whit Payne (Vanderbilt ’21), Blake Poston (SMU ’15), Margot Poston (Texas Tech ’17) and Michael Poston (Highland Park ’14).
