Enerstream Capital Partners II led the acquisition of a Premier Horizontal Waterflood operation in the Dixonville Field, Northern Alberta, Canada. With 190 horizontal wells ( 90 producers and other injectors), and at 120mm barrels Original Oil in Place, the assets produce 1,000 bopd light oil, at a low decline.
